Please don't cut your grass at least 2 days prior to us delivering your bounce house. Also, make sure your yard is free of pet waste and sharp rocks.
Q. What is your weather policy
A: If rain or inclement weather is in the forecast we stay in communication. We will not deliver during a rainstorm due to safety reasons.
Q: Do you deliver to parks?
A: Before you make a reservation for a park, the customer is responsible of making sure there is power at the park.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Cash or Credit Cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: We can set up on grass or asphalt. We do not set up on loose stone or sand due to the wear and tear on our vinyl.
